Job Responsibility

Work under RD and production department to support production operation
Operate complex systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for carrying out new product trails and for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies
Provide operational support by performing a range of route activities using existing systems and protocols
Help to install complex systems and conduct inspections of equipment with guidance
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance routines
Conduct complex analyses, quality tests and inspections that require a high level of independent judgment
Follow the organization's ESHQ policies, procedures and mandatory instructions
to identify and mitigate risks, and to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others

Secondary vocational school / Higher school
Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems
Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies
Manages and applies safe systems of work without supervision and provides technical guidance when required
Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives
Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives
Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements

Familiar with operating injection molding, extrusion machine and good knowledge about machinery and utilities is better
