Operator

• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and responsibly in accordance with company policies and safety regulations
• Accurately use precision measuring equipment and properly document measurements and findings
• Safely lift, move, and position materials using appropriate tools, equipment, and lifting aids as required
• Perform work using hand tools, power equipment, and hydraulic systems in a safe and effective manner
• Follow written instructions, technical drawings, and documentation to support manufacturing and operational processes
• Identify issues, use initiative to troubleshoot problems, and contribute to quality workmanship and continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

• Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or operator role is an asset
• Valid forklift operator certification required
• Overhead crane certification considered a strong asset
• Physically able to lift and move materials safely, with or without mechanical assistance
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and attention to detail
