Operator

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including machinery, tools, and instruments, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, and labelling of medical devices and equipment
• Identify and report any quality or safety issues to the supervisor or quality team
• Adhere to Baxter's quality and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Report any quality or safety incidents to the supervisor or quality team
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and objectives
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor or safety team

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, is an asset
• Basic understanding of quality and safety principles and regulations
• Minimum O'levels standard or equivalent
• Ability to write and speak English, is a must

Preference will be given to candidates with a higher level of education, such as A'levels or a degree in a relevant field
