We are assisting our client a boutique Oil Trading Merchant with their search for an Operator / Scheduler. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in logistics (Vessel, Rail and Truck) coordination and a strong ability to manage operational tasks efficiently. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the daily scheduling and operational tasks related to shipments
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of resources and materials
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements
