Job Description

Fixed term position involving continuous shift work, weekend work and some overtime in the Crushing Season (June - Dec). Located in North Queensland, Sarina.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor liquor, molasses, magma, and massecuite stocks
  • Boil at a rate to maintain maximum sucrose recovery
  • Control the station to avoid unnecessary reductions in factory throughput
  • Produce quality material
  • Operate Juice Circuit encompassing Juice Heaters, Clarifiers, Filters, Evaporators, and associated equipment
  • Transform raw ingredients into raw sugar
