Job Responsibility:
Start up and readiness of machines and support equipment prior to production
Monitoring equipment & clean and set-up sub assembly and tray cleaning equipment
Mixing solvents
Using your Forklift license to maneuver items throughout the department in a safe efficient manner
Using your mechanical skills to troubleshoot machines such as changing out dies and other mechanical & electrical parts
Complete production release documentation associated with the operation legibly
Requirements:
Mechanical ability, and technical experience and education
Competence to read, write, use a calculator and operate maintenance tools
Prior machine operating experience & the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues
Capability to comprehend and interpret electronic documents and specifications. Computer proficient
Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures
Able to complete documentation legibly
Good social skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Low absenteeism
Ability to work overtime as required
Push, and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to lift above the shoulders up to 2 pounds repetitively
High school diploma required
Nice to have:
Preferred Forklift experience a plus
Additional technical experience, training or education a plus
Your ability to be cross train in other departments
