Operator III - Molding (2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm)

• Start up and readiness of machines and support equipment prior to production
• Monitoring equipment & clean and set-up sub assembly and tray cleaning equipment
• Mixing solvents
• Using your Forklift license to maneuver items throughout the department in a safe efficient manner
• Using your mechanical skills to troubleshoot machines such as changing out dies and other mechanical & electrical parts
• Complete production release documentation associated with the operation legibly

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical ability, and technical experience and education
• Competence to read, write, use a calculator and operate maintenance tools
• Prior machine operating experience & the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues
• Preferred Forklift experience a plus
• Capability to comprehend and interpret electronic documents and specifications. Computer proficient
• Your ability to be cross train in other departments
• Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures
• Able to complete documentation legibly
• Excellent ability to communicate and work well in a team-oriented environment
• Low absenteeism
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Push, and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to lift above the shoulders up to 2 pounds repetitively
