Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for reading, understanding, and following assembly processes
  • Can assist in the setup of test equipment, leak tester and/or tensile tester, can leak test cuffs and run another test as required
  • Must be able to perform routine assembly operations, including soldering, using RTVS (room temperature vulcanization silicone), epoxies and can fold, label and box product
  • Must be able to use measurement equipment or can learn
  • Must have good verbal and written skills, can keep records, has basic problem-solving skills and able to train and work with a diverse group of people and maintain a positive attitude
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs while utilizing proper lifting techniques
  • Must be able to work in various positions: standing, sitting and be able to work on repetitive jobs
  • Must consistently meet all productivity and quality requirements
  • Must be self-motivated and require little supervision
  • Must demonstrate good judgment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.
