Job Responsibility

  • Data processing job orders and organising collection and delivery of customer shipments
  • Liaising with customers, agents, carriers and other World Courier offices
  • Preparing and executing customer shipments for air export and air import
  • Utilising company’s shipment processing systems and completing regulatory clearances
  • Organise shipment collections and deliveries with domestic and international agents
  • Actively monitoring shipments in transit, initiating effective action as necessary to rectify issues
  • Basic customer service tasks
  • Collect and deliver customer shipments which may include pharmaceuticals, biologicals and dangerous goods
  • Prepare temperature-controlled packaging systems as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics space
  • Must have and always maintain a current New South Wales driver license
  • Must be able to: Work rostered hours mainly 1000 to 1800, Monday to Friday, which includes working additional hours as business demands
  • Work weekends and public holidays when required
  • Be on-call and perform on-call duties as rostered
  • Attend callouts as necessary
  • Have the ability to work autonomously during weekends and public holidays
  • In a professional, proficient, accurate and timely manner
  • In a manner that exceeds the organisations and customers’ expectations
