Job Responsibility
Read, understand, and follow assembly processes
Assist in setup of test equipment, leak tester and/or tensile tester
Leak test cuffs and run other tests as required
Perform routine assembly operations including soldering, using RTVS, epoxies, folding, labeling and boxing product
Use measurement equipment or learn
Keep records
Basic problem-solving skills
Train and work with diverse group of people

Consistently meet all productivity and quality requirements
Be self-motivated and require little supervision
Demonstrate good judgment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency
1 year minimum successful experience in assembly/related functional area
Good mechanical dexterity/eyesight
Ability to read, write and use basic math
Maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks
Adapt to changing work environment
Ability to work well with others
Participate in team problem-solving activities
Ability to work overtime as needed
Must be able to lift 40lbs
Ability to work in various positions: standing, sitting, and working on repetitive jobs/assemblies
Natural or corrected near-distance visual acuity of 20/25
Ability to differentiate between colors
