Operator I / Warehouse Operations

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare orders and package items for shipment
• Arrange transportation of goods
• Track shipments and communicate with customers regarding delivery times
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements
• Monitor quality control standards during production processes
• Assist other departments when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaker preferred but not required
