As an Operator I-Chemical - Shift 1 - Rotation, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for performing specific job assignments with flawless precision, adhering strictly to safety and GMP regulations to ensure high-quality results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete each specific job assignment in a safe and acceptable quality manner within the expenditure of time and material, adhering to all safety and GMP regulations
  • Thoroughly document manufacturing activities and make revisions to required documentation
  • Coordinate process material transfers between control rooms and field operators
  • Follow the plant safety program and attend training
  • Complete manufacturing reports (Mass Balance, Visual Board, Downtime, OEE, Lot Required)
  • Detect, react promptly, and notify abnormal operating conditions
  • Apply basic product and process knowledge to support manufacturing shifts
  • Be an active member of the Emergency Response Brigade

Requirements:

  • Technical Diploma or Associate Degree with zero (0) to one (1) year of experience
  • Basic cGMP Knowledge
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment efficiently
  • Outstanding record-keeping skills
