Job Responsibility

  • Operate and monitor equipment to keep production running smoothly
  • Cleaning industrial equipment and workstations
  • Complete quality checks and follow safety protocols

Requirements

  • Reliable, consistent attendance (non-negotiable)
  • Positive attitude and strong communication
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • No experience required — just a teachable mindset
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to follow all West Fraser safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and loud, high-volume conditions
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice to have

  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
