Operator 2 shifts

• You take full responsibility for your production line, from start-up to quality control, and ensure that the highest standards in terms of food safety and efficiency (yield) are achieved
• You are responsible for the safety of the production process and the quality of the finished product
• You set up, start up, operate, and convert the production line, and organize the workflows and shift handovers
• You perform incoming quality checks on deliveries, register production data, and carry out the required quality controls
• You independently resolve operational breakdowns/malfunctions, monitor daily yields and losses, and assist packaging colleagues if necessary

• Experience as an operator in a production environment is desired
• Experience with chocolate or in the food industry is a major asset
• You are able to set priorities, organize accurately, and lead the workers on your line
• You are a good communicator who can speak clearly and understandably with everyone
• You are capable of resolving operational breakdowns/malfunctions yourself and quickly notifying the technical department for more complex issues
• You are stress-resistant and willing to work in a two-shift system
• You work meticulously according to the strict rules for safety, hygiene (high-care environment), and order (GMP, 5S)
• Upper secondary education

Experience with chocolate or in the food industry is a major asset
