Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Basic computer skills, SAP experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Experience with quality control procedures and documentation is a plus
Good mechanical dexterity/eyesight, be able to read, write and use basic math

Job Responsibility

Responsible for reading, understanding, and following assembly processes
Can inspect, fold, label and box product
Utilize basic computer skills, such as SAP to download labels
Use the auto bagger as needed
Package blood pressure cuffs according to procedures
Document and record production data accurately and securely, adhering to confidentiality and data management policies
Work in various positions: standing, sitting and repetitive jobs
Consistently meet all productivity and quality requirements
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling and disposal of materials and waste.
