Operative

• Operating the asphalt plant in accordance with production schedules and Eurovia Roadstone’s quality standards
• Monitor, control, and adjust plant settings to ensure consistent production and compliance with mix specifications
• Carry out daily plant inspections and ensure all equipment is maintained to safe operating standards
• Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs in line with planned maintenance schedules
• Load and manage incoming raw materials
• Maintain accurate production and stock records, ensuring traceability and compliance with company systems
• Liaise with the Quality Control team to ensure that all mixes meet technical and customer requirements
• Promote and adhere to Eurovia Roadstone’s health, safety, and environmental standards, reporting any incidents or near misses immediately
• Support the continuous improvement of site operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Undertake other site duties as required, including mobile plant operation if appropriately trained
• Ordering of raw materials and record keeping
• Static and mobile plant maintenance

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Fixed Plant process operations and mobile plant operations
• Asphalt materials product knowledge
