Job Description:

Are you looking for a hands-on role where your work really makes a difference? We’re seeking a motivated Service Delivery Operative to join our growing warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a large organisation, with opportunities to develop skills and take on additional responsibilities. Our warehouse team plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of data security, ensuring the safe handling, storage, and destruction of sensitive documents. You’ll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly while helping to protect our customers’ information.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately track, handle, and protect customer information through careful indexing and record management
  • Pick and prepare a high volume of records per shift, in line with operational demands
  • Record, store, and retrieve incoming boxes, files, and documents within designated warehouse locations
  • Prepare customer records for dispatch or secure destruction, ensuring all movements are accurately logged
  • Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures
  • Use the O’Neil Records Management system to manage records efficiently
  • Support van driving duties as required, including covering van driver absences and holidays

Requirements:

  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • A reliable team player with good interpersonal skills and basic IT knowledge
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support operational needs
  • Full UK driving license is required
  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Comfortable with lifting and moving boxes as part of daily duties

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the O’Neil system is desirable
