The Administrator role is a crucial support to the teams throughout the DC, you would be supporting the administrative tasks using our in-house stock management systems, producing reports, handling complaints and problem solving anything needed within the distribution centre.
Job Responsibility:

Handling complaints and problem solving anything needed within the distribution centre
Ensure our customers sensitive data is handled alongside data protection/compliance policies
Be discrete about each brand’s business, not divulging information to outside parties
Support the operation and escalate any issues with stock or orders via the Inventory Manager
Uphold a professional and friendly telephone manner when speaking to both customers and colleagues providing them with quality and accurate information
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times
Liaise effectively with brands, suppliers and 3PLs to support the operation where necessary
Ensure a team spirit is carried throughout all aspects of the role and across all brands
Maintain a high level of standards within the office at all times
Ensure data input is carried out promptly and accurately
Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures and ensure that all data is held correctly as per the company paperwork retention policy and audit guidelines
Be flexible in supporting where necessary and be available to work days outside the normal hours of contract including bank holidays and weekends in line with the needs of the business
