Our Ops Training Specialist position in Rockwall, TX is a critical role for every single project that we build. Our Trainers work directly with our Production and Fabrication Teams, Tour Managers, and clients to troubleshoot, test, and oversee equipment functionality and training for optimal performance of our vehicles for every activation.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and objectives
Set up and configure vehicles and equipment for experiential marketing activations, ensuring everything is in working order and meets project specifications
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Train Tour Managers on the functions and features of our experiential projects, in addition to proper operation and maintenance of vehicles
Contribute to a comprehensive training library for Tour Managers, covering project specifics, safety protocols, and best practices
Deliver hands-on training sessions to Tour Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute activations effectively
Provide ongoing support and assistance to Tour Managers, addressing any technical issues or questions that may arise during activations
Collaborate with the fabrication and production teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects
Requirements:
Strong technical skills and proficiency in setting up and operating experiential equipment and vehicles preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and in an engaging manner
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders, stairs and stand for long periods of time in different climates/environments
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required for on-site support during activations
Must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
