We’re now hiring an Operations Training Manager to build high-quality training programmes that elevate performance, strengthen capability and ensure every restaurant delivers our signature New Orleans hospitality.
Job Responsibility:
Own all operational training – designing, developing and delivering high-impact learning that powers quality, service and cleanliness across the estate
Collaborate with Ops leaders to understand real on-the-ground needs and turn them into practical, results-driven training interventions
Bring menu launches to life, partnering with the Food team to train teams on new products with confidence, consistency and flavour
Create best-in-class training methods, blending strong technical standards with culture, energy and Cajun hospitality to elevate how our people learn
Lead and inspire a team of Operational Trainers, ensuring they are skilled, engaged and delivering top-quality training nationwide
Drive operational effectiveness through targeted upskilling, troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Own training for new tech and systems, ensuring smooth adoption and day-one confidence
Champion the guest experience, embedding behaviours that create moments of joy in every interaction
Requirements:
Led training or L&D teams within QSR, casual dining, retail or a fast-paced operational environment
Designed and delivered engaging training programmes at scale
Partnered closely with Ops, Food and cross-functional teams
Conducted TNA/LNA and built training that improves performance
Managed multiple projects and rollouts with pace
Ideally hold an L&D qualification (Level 5+)
