We are looking for an Operations Technician to join our flagship site in Witney. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-tech environment where quality and precision are at the heart of everything we do. As an Operations Technician, you will be the backbone of our production line. You'll handle everything from operating sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensuring our life-changing products meet the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate sophisticated laboratory equipment
  • Ensure products meet highest quality standards
  • Precision manufacturing: operate highly automated equipment for product assembly, chemical solution preparation, and sensor manufacturing
  • Perform visual and instrumental inspections of raw materials and finished goods
  • Identify defects and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Maintain Safety First mindset by adhering to COSHH and EHS guidelines
  • Keep workspace pristine using 6S principles
  • Accurately log data and review batch records using digital systems (HMI, POMS, ETMS)
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows
