Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to work with cutting-edge automated technology? We are looking for an Operations Technician to join our flagship site in Witney. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-tech environment where quality and precision are at the heart of everything we do. We offer both day shifts & night shifts (see details below). The Essentials: Pay: £17.19 (nights) per hour; Shift Pattern: Night shift: 4 on 4 off 7pm- 7am; Location: Witney. Your Role: As an Operations Technician, you will be the backbone of our production line. You'll handle everything from operating sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensuring our life-changing products meet the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate highly automated equipment for product assembly, chemical solution preparation, and sensor manufacturing
  • Perform visual and instrumental inspections of raw materials and finished goods
  • Maintain a 'Safety First' mindset by adhering to COSHH and EHS guidelines and keeping workspace pristine using 6S principles
  • Accurately log data and review batch records using digital systems (HMI, POMS, ETMS) to ensure 100% compliance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows
