Requirements

Able to understand technical concepts and interpret data effectively
Familiar with architectures and protocols across RAN, Access, Core, Transmission, and fixed/mobile networks
Skilled in working with virtual teams and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries
Confident communicator in both English and Romanian
Advantageous: knowledge of equipment technology, information systems, and operating systems used in RAN, Access, Core, and Transport domains.

Job Responsibility

Provide first-line technical services for live information systems used by Vodafone OpCos and joint ventures
Perform analytical activities and apply relevant technology knowledge to maintain network performance
Identify, document, and escalate software or hardware deficiencies within defined systems
Record network incidents clearly and accurately in dedicated tools
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal VOIS teams
Support the maintenance of network solutions following established procedures and operator requirements
Detect defects across telecom networks and escalate them to higher support levels when needed
Investigate and correlate technical issues raised by Customer Operations or Service Desk teams and direct them to advanced technical levels
Develop competencies in dedicated software tools relevant to telecom operations.
