Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the operational management of Vodafone’s core, transport and access technologies across fixed and mobile networks. The role involves interacting with internal teams and suppliers, maintaining network performance, supporting incident resolution, and contributing to the successful delivery of operational objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform network maintenance activities requiring analytical skills and relevant technological understanding
  • Identify and escalate software and hardware issues as needed
  • Document network incidents clearly and accurately in the appropriate systems
  • Maintain communication with suppliers and collaborate effectively with internal Vodafone teams

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and analyse data
  • Knowledge of key architectures and protocols related to access, core and transmission networks for both fixed and mobile environments
  • Ability to collaborate with virtual project teams and work effectively with partners and customers across different countries
  • Fluent communication in English and Romanian

Nice to have:

Knowledge of equipment technologies, IT systems specific to access, core and transport domains, and associated operating systems
