Job Description:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented individual to support the maintenance of technologies across the core, transport, and access domains of Vodafone’s radio and fixed telecom networks. This role involves interacting with internal teams and external suppliers, contributing to operational activities, and ensuring project deliverables meet time and performance expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform telecom network maintenance activities requiring analytical thinking and strong technical understanding
  • Identify, assess, and escalate both software and hardware issues
  • Document network incidents clearly and accurately in dedicated systems
  • Ensure consistent, professional communication with suppliers and internal Vodafone teams
  • Support operational tasks and project delivery based on defined performance and timeline indicators

Requirements:

  • Able to understand technical concepts and data analysis topics
  • Knowledgeable in architectures and protocols across access, core, and transmission domains for both mobile and fixed networks
  • Comfortable collaborating within virtual project teams and engaging with stakeholders across different countries
  • Proficient in English and Romanian
