Operations Team Leader

• Oversee end-to-end process of transport planning and ensuring work carried out is accurate and up-to-date
• lead a team of direct reports and manage people engagement and development of team members
• build and maintain excellent supplier relations to ensure smooth operations
• monitor areas of financial risk from planning to invoice reconciliation
• ensure day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently and on time
• collaborate and support guest-facing teams

• Passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life
• enjoy spreading positivity and being a great team player who can work flexibly
• digital know-how and ability to work with systems and technology
• high capacity to manage a team to deliver results while displaying resilience
• exceptional administration, management, planning, and organization skills
• agile with high attention to detail and ability to manage strategic priorities/projects
• travel industry knowledge is valuable
• experience working in a global and multinational environment
• excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
• knowledge of German is desirable
