Requirements:
Experience in coordinating operations and leading teams in fast-paced environments (retail, logistics, hospitality or similar)
Strong focus on execution, organisation and attention to detail

Good understanding of how operations impact customer experience and business results
Hands-on approach and willingness to be present on the floor with the team
