Develop and enhance the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to support production processes, continually adding new features and workflows as required
Conduct API integrations and write scripts to automate processes and improve system functionality
Maintain and troubleshoot the MES to ensure seamless operations continuity and minimal downtime
Develop and implement metrics dashboards to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Provide training to personnel on the effective use of the MES, ensuring widespread adoption and proficiency
Design, test, and implement a new WMS (Warehouse Management System) native to NetSuite, ensuring compatibility and optimization for warehouse operations
Develop, test, and implement a new Shipping Module within the WMS to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and tailor WMS solutions to meet specific operational needs effectively
Take ownership of Google Apps Scripts responsible for extracting data from NetSuite to populate Global Operations Dashboards
Maintain, update, and optimize scripts to ensure accuracy and reliability of data extraction processes
Work closely with the Global Operations teams (Manufacturing, Sustaining Engineering, Procurement, and Program Management) to ensure that data dashboards are aligned with their respective needs and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related field of study and one year of experience in the job offered or related occupation
Must have one year of experience in each of the following: using SQL and Database Management
creating data analysis tools, reports, and dashboards
mapping, optimizing, and creating system architectures for enterprise tooling, aligning physical operational workflows with virtual/systems workflows
working in enterprise resource planning systems, manufacturing execution systems, warehouse management systems, and Quality Management Systems
and performing variance analyses to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
