In this crucial role, you'll serve as the vital link between the sales team and operations, ensuring client needs are met and projects are delivered seamlessly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the main contact for clients, managing the entire process from pricing to scheduling and delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition leads into operational success
  • Utilise CAFM software to track project progress and maintain excellent service delivery
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, facilitating effective communication to meet SLAs and ensure high margins

Requirements:
