This role sits at the heart of CoHub — the Clinical Operations Hub within Eucalyptus's Patient Operations team — where operational excellence meets automation delivery. You'll bridge day-to-day practitioner support with hands-on workflow building, collaborating closely with the central Automation Team and clinical services to keep care operations running efficiently at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Be the first point of contact for practitioners and pharmacy partners — responding promptly to inquiries, proactively checking in, and surfacing insights to the clinical services team and wider business
Monitor and manage consult queues, taking action based on established guidelines to keep operations running smoothly and within target
Handle practitioner issue resolution end-to-end — troubleshooting operational and technical problems, escalating where needed, and coordinating seamless onboarding for new practitioners
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Lorikeet, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and reducing manual effort across the team
Deliver scoped automation projects from brief to production — building, testing, and iterating based on performance data, logs, and stakeholder feedback
Take end-to-end ownership of a dedicated operational function (e.g. payments, timesheets, or onboarding), ensuring it runs accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Support — ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or telehealth — with a track record of owning processes end-to-end
Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation workflows using low-code/no-code tools (e.g. Zapier, n8n, Make or similar), comfortable working from brief to production independently
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify process gaps, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
Clear and confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proactive and detail-oriented, comfortable managing BAU responsibilities alongside longer-running automation projects with minimal supervision
Adaptable and curious, with a learner's mindset and genuine excitement to grow your automation and AI skillset in a fast-moving health tech environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (e.g. JavaScript or Python)
Experience with AI-powered automation, including prompt engineering or NLP concepts
What we offer:
Wellness budgets
Social clubs
Hybrid work arrangement
Comprehensive health coverage (including up to 2 dependents)
