Operations Support Senior Analyst

• Provide support and guidance to team in monitoring bank signatory documents owned outside of Bank Network Management for all Citi-owned and operated bank accounts
• Work closely with Global BSM Head to establish department / individual goals & assist in providing feedback on employee performance
• Provide support with training and coaching where necessary
• Co-ordinate department deliverables and drive projects to completion
• Enforce minimum requirements when establishing or updating bank account signing authorities
• Enhance Senior Management’s awareness of risk associated with manual signing authority on Citi owned bank accounts
• Monitor signing authorities to identify risks and working with various team to mitigate
• Lead/contribute to function initiatives that focus on risk mitigation
• Perform monitoring of key controls
• Maintain team procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy
