Job Description

An exciting opportunity for experienced Operations Support Managers to join our team, covering Farnham to Twickenham & Surrounding Areas (Surrey). You will support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites, requiring multisite management experience, a passion for food and service, and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites
  • Manage, inspire, and engage the teams
  • Understand, track, and manage the schools’ restaurant profit contribution
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships and drive shared goal of feeding more students better food

Requirements

  • Multisite management experience
  • Passion for food and service
  • Craft skills to support in the kitchen
  • Managed at least 4 sites
  • Chef by trade
  • Comfortable conversing at all levels
  • Self-motivated
  • Resilient
  • Highly organised
  • Understand how to prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in Office suite (spreadsheets and presentations)

  • Administer medical compliance programs (e.g., TB, HepB) for 1,500+ employees, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory adherence
  • Manage uniform and safety shoe program supporting 1,500+ employees, including vendor contracts and ~$300K annual budget
  • Produce operational reporting and financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking
