Rapport is seeking a dynamic Operations Support Manager to support the delivery of premium Dining, Conferencing, Fitness and Workplace Services across the UK, Europe & MEA clusters, with a primary focus on Dublin. This is a varied and high-impact role offering operational oversight, project coordination and senior-level administrative support within a fast-paced, 5* corporate environment.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a key onsite presence at Dublin North Wall Quay, working closely with approved vendors
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Risk and Third-Party programmes
Monitor service levels and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and cost-effective delivery
Support vendor invoicing, billing and financial processes
Support delivery of 5* colleague and client services at Waterfront South Central (WSC)
Supervise task timelines and coordinate stakeholder engagement
Partner with UK project leads to ensure best practice alignment across locations
Provide support for the London Canary Wharf mobilisation and other cluster projects, including Belfast, as required
Develop strong working relationships with key support functions including Finance, Global Sourcing, Security and Real Estate Services
Monitor progress of agreed actions across divisions and ensure stakeholders remain informed of developments
Collaborate with Events and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional bespoke in-house events
Build knowledge of Event Management Software (EMS) and Virtual EMS to support front-line reception teams
Act as a liaison with global software teams to resolve time-sensitive support queries
Maintain and optimise operational process libraries across services
Support management of online content across divisional platforms and internal communications tools
Provide diary management and administrative support to the UK, Europe & MEA leadership team
Prepare presentations, briefing papers and project documentation
Coordinate feedback groups and support implementation of action plans
Foster a culture of innovation, engagement and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven operational management experience within a demanding corporate setting
Experience managing external soft service suppliers and understanding commercial service delivery
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence influencing at all levels, with diplomacy and professionalism
Analytical and organisational strength, with sound judgement and decision-making skills
A genuine passion for exceptional service and continuous improvement
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Flexibility to travel to London and Belfast to support mobilisation and cluster requirements
