Job Responsibility

Managing the day‑to‑day performance of Key Suppliers within your region
Building strong relationships with DPD depot and regional teams
Carrying out regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with operational and H&S standards
Monitoring route performance (e.g. utilisation, mileage, service levels)
Supporting onboarding of new suppliers and route rollouts
Providing insights to support cost control, invoicing accuracy, and margin protection
Identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Maintaining accurate operational data across systems including CityTrak, Salesforce, and DPD platforms
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the network
Acting as a CitySprint ambassador with suppliers and partners
