Job Responsibility
Lead and negotiate approximately 50 lease transactions annually, including renewals, amendments, and new agreements
Manage facilities and lease portfolio across 135+ sites with annual budget oversight exceeding $10M
Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and geographic site selection using business and location data
Ensure regulatory compliance for 900+ drivers and 700+ service vehicles (DOT, HOS, ELD, GeoTab)
Oversee fleet lifecycle management including procurement, maintenance, deployment, and asset retirement with budget responsibility exceeding $10M
Administer medical compliance programs (e.g., TB, HepB) for 1,500+ employees, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory adherence
Manage uniform and safety shoe program supporting 1,500+ employees, including vendor contracts and ~$300K annual budget
Produce operational reporting and financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
7+ years of experience in operations, real estate, fleet management, or related disciplines
Experience managing multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets
Experience negotiating contracts, leases, and vendor agreements
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fleet operations (DOT, HOS, ELD)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
