Allied Universal® is hiring an Operations Support Manager. The Operations Support Manager will lead emergency response operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless communication in high-pressure situations. Drive efficiency by managing resources, contracts, and training programs while maintaining client relations and ensuring operational success.
Job Responsibility
Take charge of operations during emergency responses, making quick, decisive actions to manage and mitigate risk while ensuring safety and well-being of all involved
Collaborate with external vendors, internal teams, and clients to meet urgent needs, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving during high-pressure scenarios
Coordinate and manage logistics, ensuring efficient scheduling of resources and critical supplies
Respond to client requests on short notice, often with minimal preparation time, to ensure the continuity of operations
Develop and maintain operating procedures and contract compliance
Evaluate and identify training needs, address gaps, and implement training programs
Communicate with clients regarding billing and accounts receivables/collections
Review, submit, and correct subcontractor invoices to Accounts Payable
Oversee job scheduling in WinTeam, maintain payroll accuracy and track subcontractor pay
Travel up to 25% of the time
Requirements
Must possess one of the following: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Criminal Justice, or related field of study
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Criminal Justice or related field of study with a minimum of four (4) years of operations or logistics experience
High School diploma with a minimum of six (6) years of operations or logistics experience
Prior work experience as a team leader
Minimum of two (2) years of operations or logistics experience
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and build strategic vision
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and leadership collaboration
Ability to multitask, assess situations, and identify critical issues quickly
Calm and professional under pressure, with a focus on logical solutions
Effective research, evaluation, and analysis skills to deliver clear, accurate reports
Nice to have
Former Military or law enforcement background
Bachelor’s degree in protective service, business, or related field
