Join our global TUI Musement Operations Support Hub Service Executive in Alanya / Antalya. As an Operations Support (OSH) Service Executive you will be the link between the Operations Support Hub, Central Functions and Service Delivery teams. You will assist the Operations Support Team Manager and Team Leader with coordinating and supporting a broad range of operational and administrative functions. Managing all staff logistics relating to staff accommodation, cars, visas, uniforms, devices, petty cash, and supporting office operations and maintenance, and coordinate business visits, campaigns, FAM/VIP trips, and Makers of Happy requirements. You will handle the back‑office mailboxes, and contribute to POS Revolution, Model 2/Model 3 processes, and business continuity (MIR).

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the onboarding and off boarding process related to staff flights, work permits and visas and distribution of wallet payment cards
  • Assist Service Delivery teams with incident handling and queries
  • Placing orders and delivery of staff uniform for reps or other destination staff and contracting and coordination of staff accommodation and staff cars
  • Back Office Mailbox Management
  • Coordinate and support all arrangements for FAM/VIP destination visits, business visits, operational campaigns, and Makers of Happy related activities
  • Office facilities daily maintenance (office supplies, building maintenance, reception, courier etc.)
  • Manage petty cash transactions for small expenses as well as cash reconciliations
  • Assisting in the device management, registering the devices given to reps and assist with any queries related to set up and connections liaising with IT as required
  • Support with business continuity plans and major incident reporting (MIR)
  • Responsible for POS revolution
