Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support & Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the CEO. This is a high-trust, high-visibility position that requires exceptional organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, can bring clarity and structure to chaos, and is eager to grow into a long-term strategic partner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the CEO’s right hand: Ensure priorities are executed, projects stay on track, and deliverables move forward
  • Drive accountability: Follow up with team members, track commitments, and keep momentum alive across initiatives
  • Act as an air-traffic controller: Manage calendars, meetings, and communication – but always with an eye toward leverage, not just logistics
  • Flag risks before they blow up: Anticipate challenges, highlight bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively
  • Own communication flow: Manage Slack, email, and action items, ensuring clarity and nothing slipping through the cracks
  • Support with research & strategic tasks: Help prepare materials, coordinate vendors/partners, and assist with high-level initiatives
  • Personal admin (as needed): Light support tasks to maximize CEO’s focus

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in start-up or scale-up environments (10–200 people)
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial companies
  • Proactive and ownership-driven – you don’t wait for instructions

  • Mastery of digital tools: Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
