We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Center Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in NW Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting field teams, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Contact new hires within 48 hours of onboarding and follow up through paperwork completion
Confirm terms of work, availability, and schedule training sessions
Coordinate and assign work territories and project coverage
Maintain regular communication with field team members and document updates
Handle inbound calls and assist with questions or scheduling needs
Review reports, assist with project tracking, and support daily operational tasks
Escalate concerns to leadership as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Call center or customer service experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Comfortable using multi-line phone systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
