The Role: This is a varied, hands-on position where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site. You’ll be involved in everything from front-of-house and client interaction to event coordination, facilities support, and administration — making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse workload. Key Responsibilities: Client Services & Front of House: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients; Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times; Managing enquiries and maintaining accurate CRM records. Events & Bookings: Coordinating meeting rooms, bookings, and events; Supporting event planning and promotion alongside marketing teams; Managing room setup and clear-down. Operations & Administration: Providing general administrative and operational support; Supporting invoicing, payments, and arrears tracking; Assisting with day-to-day business centre operations. Facilities & Compliance: Supporting building maintenance and liaising with contractors; Coordinating approved works and reporting issues; Assisting with Health & Safety processes and compliance. Additional Responsibilities: Representing the organisation at networking events; Supporting wider team activities and providing cover when required. Desirable: Basic understanding of IT or telecoms systems; Experience in a similar operational, administrative, or customer-facing role.
