Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role which provides business support to the Targeted Youth Support Service. This Service comprises Young Peoples' Safeguarding (Social Care), Empower (supporting exploited and missing children), and Youth Justice who support children who are at risk of or who have entered the Criminal Justice System.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide business support to the Targeted Youth Support Service
  • Meet and greet young people both in person (on reception) and over the phone

Requirements

  • Competent in a range of IT tools, particularly in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience in an office environment managing technical business systems or databases
  • Good communicator with a welcoming and considerate presentation
