We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Operations Supervisor to help run our day-to-day service centre operation. You’ll manage resources, support your team, and make sure deliveries run smoothly and on time in line with customer SLAs.
Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day operations within the service centre
Support and lead a team of Controllers/Coordinators
Allocate and manage courier resources to meet demand
Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs
Handle and resolve customer, courier, and internal queries
Communicate effectively with teams across the business
Support team development through coaching and regular check-ins
Ensure Health & Safety and company processes are followed
Requirements
Experience in an operations or logistics environment
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Strong organisation and time management skills
Confident communicator with a problem-solving approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Good IT skills and experience using operational systems
Positive, reliable and accountable mindset
