Job Description:

Join Courtyard Seattle Southcenter as an Operations Supervisor. This position involves managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and assisting in employee supervision. Applicants should have supervisory experience and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information
contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest needs
process all guest check-ins
sell accommodations to guests without reservations based on availability
assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
ensure quality expectations and standards
perform safety training and certifications
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
develop and maintain positive relationships with others
ensure adherence to quality standards
perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience

Nice to have:

Hotel Operations and F&B experience preferred
open availability
valid driver's license required
