Operations Supervisor

• Ensure all employees are fit for duty
• Task Foreman/Foreperson with daily responsibilities and duties as required
• Observe truck operator’s conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Conduct worksite observations with employees
• Communicate with Acden Environment LP. clients and review all services for continuous improvements
• Attend administrative and sensitive needs of employees as required
• Reporting as required
• Dispatching duties
• Operator scheduling duties
• Payroll entry and data submissions
• Weekly near-miss reporting
• Managing equipment servicing
• Auditing bin inventories
• Completing Workforce hours reports

• Previous supervisory experience is required
• Minimum Class Three (3) licence is required, or an expected completion of a Class Three licence by a specific date, set forth by senior manager
• Clean Drivers Abstract is required
• Must have access to all Acden client sites as required by the position
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid OSSA Oil Sands, CSTS-09 or OSSA BSO or CSO Certificate

Previous professional driving experience is considered a strong asset
