Job Responsibility:
Manage daily order processing, invoicing, and tracking
Process orders promptly on Sage Line 200 from emails, customer portals, and Teams
Oversee back-order management for pending orders
Handle cash payments through Sage Pay
Manage two high-volume email inboxes efficiently
Investigate lost parcels and coordinate with couriers until resolution
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to meet their daily needs
Set up new customer accounts, ensuring necessary security checks are completed
Update accounts spreadsheets related to cash and factored payments
Coordinate with the Logistics Team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
Requirements:
Strong administrative background, ideally with PA or high-level admin experience
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Confident and reliable, seeking stability and consistency
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Sage Line 200, Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload while keeping stress in check
