Job Description

We are building a new team of Strategic Event Operations Managers within Event Operations team to lead the design and execution of our most complex and high-impact events globally. These are not standard events. They involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch. In this role, you will work from early-stage definition to final execution, owning the full operational strategy of each project. You will not just execute — you will define how the event should be operated. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events
  • Own projects from early planning stages through execution
  • Ensure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards
  • Translate partner needs into scalable operational models
  • Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed
  • Define how the event should be run — not just how to execute it
  • Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans
  • Anticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies
  • Make decisions with incomplete information
  • Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams
  • Align multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan
  • Act as the main operational point of contact for key partners
  • Ensure that designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground
  • Support local teams in executing complex setups
  • Step in when needed to unblock critical issues

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or similar) OR Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies
  • Proven experience solving complex, ambiguous problems
  • Experience leading projects end-to-end
  • Structured problem solver
  • Builder mentality
  • High ownership
  • Strategic + execution balance
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Fluent English required

Nice to have

  • Experience in operational environments (logistics, marketplaces, large-scale ops)
  • Exposure to live events or large-scale physical operations
  • Analytical skills (Excel, SQL) are a plus

What we offer

  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Home office friendly
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
  • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with
  • Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption
  • Wellhub
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
