Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of the global fulfillment and logistics roadmap, ensuring all strategic projects align with high-level growth objectives and margin targets
Oversee the end-to-end management of 'heavy lift' operational transitions, including 3PL migrations, new warehouse launches, and the integration of advanced fulfillment technologies
Direct cross-functional alignment for New Product Introductions (NPI), architecting the supply chain readiness plans that ensure seamless global launches across multiple regions
Implement a culture of continuous improvement by identifying systemic bottlenecks in our Order-to-Delivery lifecycle and designing scalable solutions to eliminate them
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product leadership to build robust 'what-if' scenario models for market expansion, carrier shifts, and inventory positioning
Drive the evolution of our global delivery strategy, moving the organization toward hyper-accurate 'Estimated Delivery Dates' and optimized shipping margins through technical and process innovation
Integrate diverse regional requirements into a unified global operating model, ensuring that as we scale, our processes remain consistent, efficient, and data-driven
Mentor and influence a high-performing global team, acting as a force multiplier for the leadership team and fostering an environment of accountability and strategic thinking.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Master's degree (MBA or MS) strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in operations strategy, logistics, or supply chain, with a proven track record of leading complex, global projects in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and turn complex challenges into clear, executable plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A proven ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing the analytical rigor and project management discipline necessary to drive organizational transformation
