Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering or a similar field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, strategy or consulting, ideally from a fast‑paced or scaling environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience independently conducting in‑depth data analysis, managing datasets, identifying underlying drivers, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience managing projects end‑to‑end and driving implementation of improvements together with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives and align both local and central teams
  • Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL or similar is an advantage
  • Additional languages are a plus

What we offer
