Operations Strategy Analyst

• Process Improvement: Identify and drive improvements in workflows across production, logistics, and support functions at multiple sites
• Strategic Support: Assist in planning and executing key operational initiatives aligned with business goals (e.g. cost reduction, throughput improvement)
• Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and generate actionable insights using SAP, Excel, and other tools
• Multi-Site Coordination: Collaborate with teams across different manufacturing locations to ensure consistent process execution and performance tracking
• Change Management: Support implementation of change requests and continuous improvement efforts with minimal disruption
• SAP Utilization: Leverage SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM) for reporting, material planning, and workflow visibility
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and process documentation to support transparency and decision-making

• 3-5 years in operational excellence, production planning, or business operations, ideally in a multi-site or manufacturing environment
• Analytical and structured thinker with attention to detail
• Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Self-driven and solution-oriented
• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
• Working knowledge of SAP (especially PP or MM modules)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
