The role of Operations Strategy Analyst aims to support process optimization and performance initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This role combines data-driven analysis, strategic project execution, and cross-functional coordination to improve operational efficiency and drive business impact.
Job Responsibility:
Process Improvement: Identify and drive improvements in workflows across production, logistics, and support functions at multiple sites
Strategic Support: Assist in planning and executing key operational initiatives aligned with business goals (e.g. cost reduction, throughput improvement)
Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and generate actionable insights using SAP, Excel, and other tools
Multi-Site Coordination: Collaborate with teams across different manufacturing locations to ensure consistent process execution and performance tracking
Change Management: Support implementation of change requests and continuous improvement efforts with minimal disruption
SAP Utilization: Leverage SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM) for reporting, material planning, and workflow visibility
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and process documentation to support transparency and decision-making
Requirements:
3-5 years in operational excellence, production planning, or business operations, ideally in a multi-site or manufacturing environment
Analytical and structured thinker with attention to detail
Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Self-driven and solution-oriented
Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
Working knowledge of SAP (especially PP or MM modules)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
