The Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing key operational functions within the store. Job Responsibility
Customer Service (Cashier Focus): Efficiently process customer transactions, handle cash, card payments, and returns, ensuring a seamless and positive checkout experience.
Product Availability: Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked with products, maintaining high levels of availability for customers and promoting a premium shopping experience.
Store Presentation: Ensure that all areas of the store, including cashier and stockroom spaces, are clean, organized, and visually appealing, aligning with the brand’s standards.
Loss Prevention: Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to protocols and safeguarding against stock loss during transactions and in the stockroom.
Product Handling: Maintain a strong understanding of the store's product offerings, ensuring items are stored or presented appropriately, whether in the stockroom or on the sales floor.
Stock Replenishment: Ensure stock is regularly replenished to meet customer demand and maintain a fully stocked sales floor, whether handling the restocking process or providing support at checkout.
SKU Accuracy: Maintain accuracy in product identification, including stockroom entries and at the POS system to ensure no discrepancies.
Product Care: Handle products with care to ensure they remain in pristine condition, reflecting the quality and luxury standards of the brand.
Inventory Control & Management (Stockroom Focus): Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure all stock is accurately recorded and stored.
Goods Receipt (Stockroom Focus): Efficiently process incoming goods, ensuring quick turnaround times and proper storage of items.
Cash Handling & Reporting (Cashier Focus): Follow accurate cash handling procedures, perform register reconciliation, and contribute to daily sales reporting.
Stock Rotation & Organization: Support efficient stock rotation, ensuring that products are stored and displayed according to best practices for product longevity and customer access.
Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure the store operates efficiently, supporting stock replenishment, or providing assistance at checkout.

Requirements
Proven experience in retail operations, stockroom management, cashier roles, or similar positions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude toward teamwork.
Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures (if applying for a cashier role).
